The characteristics of

The mechanical seal and mechanical seal of the kettle are the same, but the mechanical seal of the kettle has the following characteristics.

(2) the speed of the shaft is mostly below 500r / min, or even between 200 and 300r/min.

(3) most of the shaft are vertical shaft, the shaft is longer than the pump shaft, the distance between bearings is shorter, and the wheelbase is longer. Therefore, the swing of stirring is large, which affects the fit of moving ring and static ring. In order to control the vibration of the shaft seal of the mixing shaft, it is usually set up with non metal (graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene) or metal (bronze, cast iron, etc.) to control the swing at the bottom of the shaft.

(4) the kettle is sealed with mechanical seal - all the outer packing type seal, the size is relatively large, the change of the trouble rate is also high, the process conditions of the reaction kettle change greatly, the pressure fluctuates frequently, driving and parking frequently

The common faults and Solutions

(1) mechanical seal face leakage is caused by impurities in the lubricating fluid or the crystallization of the sealing medium resulting in the wear of the end face, so the cleaning fluid can be replaced.

(2) the structure of mechanical seal is not reasonable. Unbalanced mechanical seals wear too fast in high pressure operation, so the balanced seal can be used.

(3) the lack of washing capacity produces friction heat, the pressure of the sealing cavity is close to the fluid steam pressure, the dry friction is sealed, the end face is damaged by the friction heat, and the balance type mechanical seal is used to reduce the specific pressure of the end face.

(4) because of the large liquid viscosity and large slewing force, the deformation of the anti turn pin and the sensitivity of the spring become worse, and the mechanical seal spring is improved.

(5) due to the increase of the swing of the shaft, the rotary accuracy of the seal is damaged and the leakage should be improved. The bearing material should be improved.
